Who is Regan Sample?

Regan is a Boulder County native and has lived in Longmont since 2003 with his wife Beth and three boys. They enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, camping, grilling out, and geocaching.

Aside from a couple of years in Phoenix and San Diego, Regan has spent his life in Boulder, Weld and Larimer Counties. As a result he has an abundant knowledge about the area to help his clients make the best decisions for them and their families. Growing up, his family had residential and commercial property where he gained experience in investment properties.

Regan is passionate about bringing all these experiences together to help find a first home, an up-size or down-size, or investment property that best fits the needs and goals of his clients.
